The project comprises the conversion of the early Victorian Carlton Hotel into 4 high-end apartments.
Each has glass fronted balconies overlooking Mount’s Bay with a 2 storey penthouse apartment incorporating an atrium and panoramic all glazed facade and 3 substantial terraces.
